Rajesh Manek Founder

"My entrepreneurial journey began at age 17 when I launched my first business, setting the stage for a career defined by commercial initiative and leadership. With over 16 years of global experience as a Senior Learning and Development and Sales Enablement Specialist, I have dedicated my career to designing solutions that deliver measurable ROI and transformative business impact.

Beyond my corporate work, I have served as a Global Ambassador for Arts for India and Buzz Aldrin, and I have contributed to regular work in the House of Lords leading to the formation of the 'Giving is Living' charity. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and hold fellowships with the LPI and IOEE, as well as membership with the MAAT.

From process mapping crisis communication at No. 10 Downing Street to supporting major digital transformations at HMRC and leading sales academies for global organizations like Forrester and BT, I operate at the intersection of leadership, commercial strategy, and technology. I founded The Genius Robot Company to move beyond traditional training; I specialize in 'AI-first' digital learning models, capability framework building, and practical, live-action workshops that turn complex data into actionable commercial wisdom.
